O grande problema acontece quando o foli\u00e3o se empolga demais e deixa de tomar cuidado com a pr\u00f3pria sa\u00fade, seja exagerando no consumo de \u00e1lcool ou descuidando na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e no consumo de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quem explica isso \u00e9 o nutricionista, Dr. Jo\u00e3o Pedro Paz, que aponta como o excesso de bebidas alco\u00f3licas pode ser prejudicial para quem quer aproveitar ao m\u00e1ximo todos os dias do Carnaval, levando a sintomas que podem se refletir em uma indesejada ressaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cNo nosso corpo, o \u00e1lcool se transforma em formalde\u00eddo, uma subst\u00e2ncia que vai gerar inflama\u00e7\u00e3o sist\u00eamica no nosso organismo. Qualquer dose m\u00ednima de \u00e1lcool j\u00e1 \u00e9 algo que vai ser t\u00f3xico para o nosso organismo, ent\u00e3o o que sempre \u00e9 sugerido \u00e9 o consumo moderado, para evitar sintomas como desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, tonturas e vertigens\u201d, apontou.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto de aten\u00e7\u00e3o durante as festas de rua \u00e9 quanto ao cuidado com a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o frequentes os casos em que pessoas desenvolvem intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar ao consumir algum produto que n\u00e3o tenha o preparo correto, respeitando normas de higiene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cQuem vai sair na festa precisa evitar essas comidas de rua. Voc\u00ea v\u00ea ali, consegue ter no\u00e7\u00e3o de que n\u00e3o tem higiene adequada, nem estrutura para estar ali fazendo uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel. O ideal \u00e9 se programar, levar alguma barrinha ou fruta para consumir no momento mais indicado, para evitar problemas maiores quando se trata de trato gastrointestinal\u201d<\/em>, destacou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a folia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para quem ainda quer chegar no carnaval com disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para aproveitar todos os dias da folia de momo, o nutricionista Jo\u00e3o Pedro Paz d\u00e1 algumas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es que podem ajudar nessa miss\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cO melhor caminho sempre ser\u00e1 a busca por equil\u00edbrio. Ao consumir \u00e1lcool, por exemplo, o ideal \u00e9 que a gente esteja bem alimentado, visto que ele tamb\u00e9m desidrata e diminui a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de prote\u00ednas, para poder evitar esse peso maior da desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o no dia seguinte, ainda mais se tratando do carnaval, que s\u00e3o dias seguidos de festa\u201d<\/em>, afirmou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro ponto de grande relev\u00e2ncia diz respeito ao consumo de \u00e1gua durante o per\u00edodo das festas. Seja pelo consumo de \u00e1lcool, pela alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o ou mesmo pelo esfor\u00e7o f\u00edsico realizado ao correr atr\u00e1s dos blocos e dos trios el\u00e9tricos, \u00e9 importante refor\u00e7ar o consumo de \u00e1gua para reduzir os efeitos da desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m para que a festa possa seguir sem maiores problemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cO consumo de \u00e1gua \u00e9 important\u00edssimo, porque tanto o \u00e1lcool desidrata, como tamb\u00e9m, durante essas festas, a gente passa muito tempo em p\u00e9, porque \u00e9 um pequeno grau de esfor\u00e7o que, \u00e0s vezes, pode se tornar at\u00e9 m\u00e9dio, pelo fato de estar caminhando muito tempo.
