O problema est\u00e1 vindo diretamente das lavouras. No BR \u2014 que responde por 38% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o global \u2014 e sofreu com uma seca severa em 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso reduziu a quantidade de flores nos cafeeiros, o que comprometeu a safra de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas a\u00ed, o segundo golpe veio em sequ\u00eancia: o Vietn\u00e3. O pa\u00eds, que \u00e9 o segundo maior produtor, teve uma colheita abaixo do esperado, com queda de 6% na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e 47% nas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O resultado foi uma oferta menor, com um pre\u00e7o maior. Em novembro de 2024, o caf\u00e9 subiu 33% em apenas um m\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se a oferta encolheu, a demanda n\u00e3o ajudou: O consumo de caf\u00e9 cresceu 4% no mundo desde 2020, puxado principalmente pela China, onde aumentou 40% nos ultimos cinco anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Reino Unido segue a mesma tend\u00eancia, com crescimento de 45%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso tudo significa que, desde 2021, estamos consumindo mais caf\u00e9 do que produzimos.
